We are seeking a strongly motivated, professional customer care representative, who can multi-task and enjoys interacting with our fantastic clientele. Our customer care representatives work closely with our nursing staff and doctors in all aspects of the patient and client experience. They must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with clients, handle multiple phone lines, have a great work ethic and attitude, and be willing to work hard. As the client’s first contact with the hospital, we require a professional, mature individual focused on the task at hand. Knowledge of our software system, ezyVet, is not a requirement, but the applicant must have computer skills.

Salary Information: Wage is based on work ethic and experience, aptitude, and attitude.
