Associate Veterinarian
Dr. Jakymiw grew up in Southern California. She received her undergraduate degree in biological sciences from the University of California Irvine in 2010 and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of Minnesota in 2015. She then moved back to Southern California to work in small animal general practice and completed an emergency medicine internship. She moved to Colorado Springs in February 2023 with her husband and cat, Mo. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, dining at new restaurants, traveling, and spending time with her son.
